Summary
New two storey restaurant and ferry port ticket office by the Cutty Sark and River Thames.
The Brief
Space: modern and vibrant atmospheric lettable space for a boutique restaurant.
Functions: dining area; kitchens; toilets; staff facilities; viewing gallery; ticket office.
Overview
This project was undertaken whilst our director, Sean Stanley, was working for Terry Farrell & Partners in London.
The location is a major tourist attraction being close to the Cutty Sark experience and neighbouring Greenwich Royal Maritime Museum. The project would need to cater for a large volume of visitors at various times throughout the day.
