Our service can extend right the way through the construction stage of your project. Retaining us during construction will ensure that the design vision is not compromised through misunderstanding by the contractor.
We will regularly visit the site to talk through progress and iron out any issues which may arise with the contractors. We can provide further drawings if changes are required along the way.
Furthermore, we will review the contractor’s valuations and requests for payment, as well as ensuring that short-cuts are not used and that specified designs and materials are followed.

Before the project is completed, we will draw up a comprehensive snagging list with you and the contractor to ensure that any issues are rectified before you occupy your new space. Following this we issue a Practical Completion Certificate.
