The reuse of existing buildings is important and we have the expertise, skills and qualifications for adapting and reusing redundant buildings in our towns and cities. This is a sustainable approach to the existing building stock.

Daylight and artificial lighting are always considered and will influence the design layouts to ensure different experiences for the occupants during different times of day.

The materials selected will be robust and are often a combination of natural, traditional and modern technologies. We believe in utilising products and materials that are fit for purpose and will always investigate opportunities to incorporate new systems where these have been proven to be of benefit in the industry.
